A couple from Gujarat chose the snow-capped mountains of Himachal Pradesh’s Spiti Valley as the backdrop for their unique destination wedding. Amidst the freezing temperature, the couple set up their wedding mandap in Moorang, Spiti, marking a first-of-its-kind event in the region. The ceremony, captured in videos, has since gone viral on social media.

The video, shared by Ajay Banyal, an Assistant Public Relations Officer in the Himachal Pradesh Government, reveals the magical moments of the wedding day. From the bride posing in a flower-adorned car in her bridal attire to the couple exchanging vows under the mandap, the clip will simply make your jaw drop. To combat the chilly weather, they were provided with gloves, ensuring their comfort as they tied the knot. The newlyweds were also celebrated with an award for the “Longest Road Trip Wedding Expedition”. Following the ceremony, the bride took the wheel, driving off into the snowy horizon with her groom, embarking on their new journey together as a married couple.
