Chaos erupted near the U.S. Capitol during President Joe Biden’s state-of-the-union address in Washington, D.C. Pro-Palestinian protesters blocked a street near the U.S. Capitol on Thursday night. Protesters called for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and a halt of U.S. support for Israel. Demonstrators blasted the U.S. president and claimed that “Biden’s legacy is genocide.”
