In another development, the BCCI has formed a two-member committee, comprising BCCI treasurer Ashish Shelar and jointt secretary Devajit Saikia, to decide on Associate membership for the Union Territories of Daman and Diu demanding Associate Membership.
“The duo will make a report and submit it to the BCCI’s Apex Council,” the source said.
Meanwhile, the members of the Apex Council were told that the new BCCI’s new National Cricket Academy (NCA) will be ready before October.
