Anupam Kher has been leaving the audience entertained with his stellar act for years now! The actor has featured in about 540 movies and continues to re-invent himself. But as he celebrates his birthday todya, Kher has decided to step on to something new. He’s announced his directorial comeback. His last feature film was ‘Om Jai Jagdish‘ in 2002 which starred Waheeda Rehman, Anil Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Fardeen Khan, Urmila Matondkar, Mahima Chaudhry and Tara Sharma.
Later, in 2012, he had made a short film. Now after almost 20 years after ‘Om Jai Jagdish’, he has announced another directorial and dropped a video where he can be seen seeking blessings of his mother. Though, he did not announce further details about the cast of the film.
On acting front, he was last seen in ‘Kaagaz 2’ alongside the late Satish Kaushik which released on March 1. He will be seen next in ‘Vijay 69’ which will release on OTT.
