NEW DELHI: PM Narendra Modi‘s speeches are available in eight regional languages through different social media accounts. These dubbings are being produced through artificial intelligence (AI), a major technological leap, which the BJP claims to have done for the first time in the world.
PM Modi had used AI to translate his speech at an event in Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi in December last year when he addressed the audience at Kashi Tamil Sangamam in Hindi and his speech was translated to Tamil in real time. “This is a new beginning and hopefully, it makes it easier for me to reach you,” the PM had said.
His speeches are now available in Bangla, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi, Odia, and Malayalam on respective X accounts, which were circulated by the party’s IT cell.
