Finland, which shares a border with Russia, has warned Europe of a “long conflict” with Russia. Finland Prime Minister Petteri Orpo said that Russia represents a “permanent military threat” to Europe. Orpo told the European Parliament to ramp up defence spending to respond to Russian Challenge.
