Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan have been married for over 40 years and their relationship has stood the test of time. In a recent trailer of their granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda‘s podcast ‘What the Hell Navya’, Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan are seen having a candid conversation about love and friendships. In a portion of the new teaser, Navya is seen asking the others if it is right to have romance in a friendship, to wich Jaya and Shweta share their view points.Sharing her opinion, veteran actress Jaya Bachchan revealed, “My closest friends are inside my house. It’s true, my husband is my best friend. I don’t hide anything from him.”
Sharing her viewpoint, Shweta Bachchan said that she doesn’t like it when people call their children their best friends. To this when Jaya asks her what’s wrong in it, she explained, “We are not friends. You are my mother; there are certain lines that I cannot cross with you. My children are my children. My friends are my friends.” Opposing this thought, Navya tries to say, “Now you are a parent and she is a parent. So you both can be friends.”

In Navya’s show ‘What The Hell Navya’, one can see her grandmother Jaya Bachchan and her mother Shweta Bachchan have a candid discussion about life in general. This teaser which is doing rounds on social media is from the last episode of Season 2 of her show.
In another interview with Etimes, when Navya was asked if other popular members of her family– like Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarys Rai– would be seen in Season 3 of her show, Navya had shared that she would like to have new guests who are apart from her family.
For the unversed, Navya Naveli Nanda is an entrepreneur. She is Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda’s daughter; and she has a brother named Agastya, who recently made her acting debut.
Talking about Jaya Bachchan’s friends and close equations, Navya shared, “When Nani’s friends come over, they get to talk to her in a certain way that we can’t talk to her in. And, I find it so funny because they tick her off in certain things.”
