Hamas says the draft contained “misleading wording that is complicit” with Israel that grants it “cover and legitimacy to commit a genocidal war against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.” Another resolution, backed by Russia and China, is up for vote on Monday, which the U.S. is unlikely to support.
